Emails to your customers: on every plan, confirmation emails end with “Sent by EU Shop Kit on behalf of” your shop’s name, because they come from EU Shop Kit’s address. The withdrawal button and dialog on your site show no EU Shop Kit branding.
Weekly storefront compliance scan: checks your live site for the withdrawal button, for links to the closed EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, and for links to an imprint, terms and a privacy policy. The results appear in your checklist.
The legal essentials are never limited
The withdrawal button, the confirmation emails and the EU legal-guarantee notice work on every plan, with no limit on the number of withdrawals. They keep working if you downgrade.
Upgrade
- Open Apps → EU Shop Kit → Plan.
- Click Choose Pro or Choose Business. Wix’s pricing page opens in a new tab.
- Complete the purchase with Wix.
- Go back to EU Shop Kit and reload the page. Your new plan usually shows up straight away.
When you upgrade from Free, product safety information and prior prices are switched on automatically. Next, set up product safety information and check your prior prices.
Billing, VAT and invoices
Wix handles billing for EU Shop Kit:
- Wix charges you, adds VAT where it applies and issues your invoices, which you find in your Wix account.
- Prices are set in US dollars. Wix shows the final price in your currency.
- Paid plans renew through Wix until you cancel them.
- You change or cancel your plan in your Wix account. Wix’s terms apply to payments, renewals and refunds.
We never see your payment details.
Downgrading or cancelling
When you move to a lower plan, or your paid plan ends:
- Your data is kept. Withdrawal records, product safety data, manufacturer profiles and price history stay, and paid features come back with your data when you upgrade again.
- Paid features stop showing on your site. The product safety section, prior prices and the GARAN label disappear from product pages. The withdrawal button and the EU notice keep working.
- On Free, the inbox shows the last 90 days. Older records are still kept for your retention period.
- Notifications go to as many addresses as your plan allows, starting from the top of your list. You can remove the extra addresses in Settings → Withdrawal button → Notification emails; other settings can be changed as usual.
- From Business to Pro, the weekly scan and CSV import stop. Your existing manufacturer profiles keep working, but you can’t add new ones while you’re at or above your plan’s limit.
Cancelling a paid plan doesn’t remove the app. To remove it, see Uninstalling EU Shop Kit.
